Great product quality. Fast processing of the order while carefully respecting my comments such as sending the package one day later for it to arrive on a specific day. Packaging is premium. One thing that could be improved is the return process. I had to return one article (for a size issue) and I had to manage the return myself, going to the post office during office hours, creating the label, etc. I would love having a return label already made (either included in the package or as a printable PDF) even if I have to pay myself for the shipping cost. This way I could just let the package in a post locker and save a lot of time.

Amazing all along the process. Efficient customer service, packaging was as well qualitative. And the item is great, good quality, long coat, which is hard to find these days. It was my first time with the brand, I’ll probably try again
