The ties are made from italian silk shantung. The fabric comes from one of the most prestigious weaving mills, which traces it's beginnings to 1907 (many of the top brands such as Drake's or Viola Milano source their fabrics from there as well). Thanks to the irregular and random raw fibres, the texture of the tie is eye-catching and sports a deep matte colour.
One of the most important parts that make a tie is the interlining. The springy insides of our ties are made in Italy from wool and cotton mixtures.
To keep it's informal and light character, the tie itself is untipped. To achieve the best balance of form we seal the tie's construction with bartacks, on both ends of the tie.
