Great product quality. Fast processing of the order while carefully respecting my comments such as sending the package one day later for it to arrive on a specific day. Packaging is premium.
One thing that could be improved is the return process. I had to return one article (for a size issue) and I had to manage the return myself, going to the post office during office hours, creating the label, etc. I would love having a return label already made (either included in the package or as a printable PDF) even if I have to pay myself for the shipping cost. This way I could just let the package in a post locker and save a lot of time.
