KLEMAN for Poszetka: Everyday Classic Loafers
We’ve been carrying shoes from the French brand KLEMAN for almost two years now – and we felt like it was time for the next step. Introducing our special collaboration: KLEMAN for Poszetka, a duo of penny loafers in two colors, both worthy of the Everyday Classic title!
Until now, our KLEMAN lineup revolved around the brand’s signature heritage styles – the Padror model, based on traditional Tyrolean shoes, and the Oxal boots, which make a comeback every winter. These definitely fall within the realm of classic menswear, but more on the heavier, cold-weather-friendly side – visually substantial, and fitting for gloomier days.

We’re big fans of these shoes – on a personal level, too, since nearly everyone in our team, including the girls, has their favorite pair. So naturally, the next step for us was to find a warm-weather alternative. Preferably on a rubber sole – because, well, leather is great, but when it comes to everyday wear... let’s just say rubber wins in terms of comfort, and we’ve tested that theory many times over.
As it happens, one of our favorite types of footwear are the loafers – especially the simple penny loafers - as it might just be the most versatile everyday shoe these days. It works with almost anything – well, except for a tracksuit or a tuxedo, but everything in between? Absolutely. If the last and color are right, you can wear them both with jeans and a business suit
With that in mind, that’s exactly what we set out to design for the first edition of KLEMAN for Poszetka – loafers worthy of the Everyday Classic badge. Built on the comfortable, slightly roomier last of the Dalior model and set on a grippy, lightweight, well-cushioned rubber sole, these are shoes that’ll carry you through most of the year – not just during sunny spring and summer days, but well into the cooler months too (maybe except for the harshest depths of winter).
We decided on two universal colors, in two very different leather finishes.
The black version features a pebbled leather upper – textured, low-maintenance, and easy to pair with structured fabrics. It’s a classic and understated choice, just with a little more personality.
The brown version, on the other hand, is made of suede – in that just-right, not too dark, not too light shade. The kind of mid-brown that complements pretty much everything, works year-round, and has always been a personal favorite.
But hey – it wouldn’t be an Everyday Classic without some real-life wear-testing, and rest assured, we’ve done that too.
The pair you see in the photos belongs to Tomek – he’s been wearing them for a full year now, heavily and regularly, often multiple times a week. They’ve been through it all: they made an appearance in photo shoots, walked the scorching streets of Milan during the summer edition of Milano Unica, and braved rainy Katowice during Polish early spring.
They’ve passed every test with flying colors – especially in the comfort department. As Tomek points out, the combo of a rubber sole, soft suede, and an easy slip-on design makes this pair his go-to, no-brainer choice on busy days.
