Pocket Square ‘Hammers’ Bicycles’ Johann Georg van Caspel

For this season, we are expanding our ‘Masterpieces’ pocket square collection with a couple of Art Nouveau and Art Deco artworks, chosen to complement our seasonal tailoring and tie color palette.

This piece features part of the ‘Hammers' Bicycles’ poster by Johann Georg van Caspel - a Dutch painter of portraits and murals who later transitioned to architecture - commissioned by the Dutch bicycle company of the same name.

The bright tones of green, blue, and brown, printed on pure silk from the Como region of Italy, match dark sport coats and suits perfectly, especially when paired with one of our shantung or raw silk ties. As with all our pocket squares, the edges are hand-rolled by our skilled craftswomen here in Katowice.
